DUES
- IN THE NEXT SECTION BELOW IN RED TYPE, PLEASE READ ABOUT IMPORTANT CHANGES TO YOUR USER NAME AND LOGIN IMPLEMENTED IN MARCH 2023. YOU WILL LIKELY NOTICES CHANGES TO YOUR USER NAME WHEN YOU LOGIN TO PAY YOUR DUES.
- If your dues are CURRENT and have not expired, go to MEMBER LOGIN. Once logged in, select RENEW DUES or PAY DUES.
- If your dues have EXPIRED or have NEVER BEEN PAID, go to MEMBER LOGIN. Once logged in, select Join now. If your email address is current in our system, follow the Log In Help instructions.
- If you are NEW TO OUR AREA or are a NEW GRADUATE, you must complete a MEMBER VERIFICATION FORM.

(The Member Verification Form is ONLY for NEW Kappas not already in our database!) - Starting in 2023-2024, you may provide additional support to to the Association and be recognized as a Key member with a separate $25 or $50 purchase through the online store using this link. Purchases completed by July 1 will be recognized in the printed directory.
*Note: Member accounts become inactive on 7/1, if dues are not paid by 6/30 each year.
WHEN MAY I PAY MY DUES?
You may join and pay dues at any time during the year!
Dues paid after 5/1 each year apply to our upcoming operating year which runs from 7/1 until 6/30. Members who pay dues by June 30 may have their contact information included in the printed member directory. Member information is always available online, via any device. We begin reminding members to pay dues on or about May 1.
HOW MUCH ARE ASSOCIATION DUES?
- $ 90 for Patron Membership
- $ 50 for Regular Membership
Patron membership includes the Fraternity per capita fee ($37 for the 2023-24 fiscal year by automatic COLA from a base of $35 approved at Convention in 2022). The Association Treasurer forwards per capita fees to the Fraternity Treasurer in November each year. If you have paid your per capita fee to another association or to the Fraternity via dues direct, you may request a refund by emailing treasurerassociation@kappadallas.org.
An alumna who plans to attend Convention as a delegate, serve as an Association officer or a chapter House Board or Advisory Board member, or volunteer in a Fraternity position must pay the Fraternity per capita fee. Regular members who have not paid the Fraternity per capita fee to another association may use dues direct to pay the Fraternity per capita fee using this link https://www.kappakappagamma.org/pay-dues/.
Regular memberships do not include the Fraternity per capita fee or a directory. Consider becoming a Patron level member and receive a member directory by mail. *A limited number of directories may be available for purchase at the first meetings in August/September while supplies last.
Starting in 2023-2024, to provide support of $25 or $50 and be recognized as a Key Member, you must make a separate purchase using this link. Purchases completed by July 1 will be recognized in the printed directory.
The Dallas Alumnae Association of Kappa Kappa Gamma is a 501(c)7 organization and dues and/or additional fees or purchases paid are not tax-deductible.

We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. A confirmation will be emailed.
~ BY CHECK*
Members who pay by check may Join or Renew online and 'Pay Later' at checkout, then mail a check. Members 'Joining' online and paying by check will not be able to log in until their check is received and processed.
Members may also complete a printed Membership Form and mail a check but are responsible for updating their profile online. (Members who are unable to complete this step may contact Membership for assistance via Contacts.)
- Make check payable to: KKG, *include your Kappa Member number on your check

HOW DO I GET A KAPPA DALLAS PRINTED MEMBER DIRECTORY?
Members who pay annual dues at the Patron level receive a directory by mail. Members who pay annual dues at the Regular level and are 65 or older may receive a complimentary directory upon request. All members may purchase more than one directory by paying the appropriate fee. Members who pay dues or purchase additional directories after the directory print cut-off date will receive directories on a first-come, first-serve basis until all directories have been distributed. LOG IN HELP and INFORMATION
IMPORTANT NEW LOG-IN INFORMATION IMPLEMENTED IN MARCH 2023!
Some Kappa Dallas Usernames Changed in March 2023.
For members who had a kappadallas.org username with a Kappa chapter-roll number (for example, 8-1804), a change was made to the username to substitute a period (.) for the dash (-) (for example, 8.1804). This requirement is a result of changes by our website platform provider.
- Our database company, NeonOne, made a change to the type of valid characters for the username field that members use to access their member profile in our Neon CRM database.
- The change was made to make the user name validation rules align with current industry practices.
- The change means that members are are again able to save changes to their profile. Previously members received an error message about an invalid user name.
- For member security, users are not able to update their own user name.
- The changes were announced by e-mail and in the March 2023 KeyMail.
HOW AND WHERE DO I LOG IN?
Select the Member Login link in the navigation bar or in the top bar from any page. If this is your first time logging in, enter the same credentials used on our previous website.
FIRST TIME LOGGING IN? FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD?
Use your Kappa member number as your USERNAME, (Ex: 123.4567) and the first initial of your INITIATED (legal) first name and your INITIATED last (maiden) name as your PASSWORD (Ex: for Mary Kappa use mkappa [all lower case]). You may find your member number on your Key magazine or on your Kappa Dallas postcard.
NOT ABLE TO LOG IN?
Go to MEMBER LOGIN, select the 'Forgot Password?' link and enter your email address. A RESET PASSWORD LINK will be sent to the email address we have on file. (When resetting your password, your NEW password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one number.)
If your email address has changed, contact Membership via Contacts. We will update your email address and an automated email with a reset link will be sent the following morning!
NEW MEMBER VERIFICATION
NEW TO THE AREA or are a NEW GRADUATE?
If you are NEW are not in our database, you must complete the Member Verification Form.
When submitted, the form is automatically sent to fraternity HQ. Once your membership is verified, you will be notified by email that you may login and Join. The email will include a login link.
IMPORTANT: This form should be used ONLY for NEW graduates or Kappas NEW to our area and who are not in our database!*
*If you have paid dues before, have lived in the area for a while, OR cannot log in, please DO NOT complete this form! Email Membership via Contacts for assistance.
