*Our site is managed by Kappa Dallas volunteers. We've automated several processes to more quickly respond to you and to help out our volunteers!

DUES

  • If your DUES ARE CURRENT and have not expired, go to MEMBER LOGIN, select Renew Dues after login.
  • If your DUES HAVE EXPIRED or HAVE NEVER BEEN PAID, go to MEMBER LOGIN, select Join after login.
  • If you are NEW TO OUR AREA or are a NEW GRADUATE, you must complete a Member Verification Form.
    Scroll down to learn more about this form. (The Member Verification Form is ONLY for NEW Kappas not already in our database!)

*Note: All current dues expire on 7/1 if not renewed or paid by 6/30 each year.


WHEN MAY I PAY MY DUES?

You may join and pay dues at any time during the year!
Dues paid after 4/1 each year apply to our upcoming calendar year which runs from 7/1 until 6/30. Members who pay dues by June 30 may have their information included in the printed member directory. Member information is always available online, via any device. We begin reminding members to pay dues on April 1.


HOW MUCH ARE DUES?

  • $118 for Key Membership
  • $ 88 for Patron Membership
  • $ 73 for Regular Membership

The total dues amount includes $25 required per capita fee we collect and send to Fraternity headquarters. If you have paid your per capita fee to another association or at HQ via dues direct, once confirmed, your per capita fee will be refunded.

Richardson-Plano Alumnae Association Dual Members now have the ability to pay dues online directly on their website, here.


DUES PAYMENTS:

~ BY CREDIT CARD
We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. A confirmation will be emailed.

~ BY CHECK*
Members who pay by check may Join or Renew online and 'Pay Later' at checkout, then mail a check. Members 'Joining' online and paying by check will not be able to log in until their check is received and processed.
Members may also complete a printed Membership Form and mail a check but are responsible for updating their profile online. (Members who are unable to complete this step may contact Membership for assistance via Contacts.)

LOG IN HELP and INFORMATION

HOW AND WHERE DO I LOG IN?
Select the Member Login link in the navigation bar or in the top bar from any page. If this is your first time logging in, enter the same credentials used on our previous website.


FIRST TIME LOGGING IN?

Use your Kappa member number as your USERNAME, (Ex: 123-4567) and the first initial of your INITIATED (legal) first name and your INITIATED last (maiden) name as your PASSWORD (Ex: for Mary Kappa use mkappa [all lower case]). You may find your member number on your Key magazine or on your Kappa Dallas postcard.


NOT ABLE TO LOG IN?

Go to MEMBER LOGIN, select the 'Forgot Password?' link and enter your email address. A RESET PASSWORD LINK will be sent to the email address we have on file.  (When resetting your password, your NEW password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one number.)

If your email address has changed, contact Membership via Contacts. We will update your email address and an automated email with a reset link will be sent the following morning!

NEW MEMBER VERIFICATION

NEW TO THE AREA or are a NEW GRADUATE?
If you are NEW are not in our database, you must complete the Member Verification Form.

When submitted, the form is automatically sent to fraternity HQ. Once your membership is verified, you will be notified by email that you may login and Join. The email will include a login link.

IMPORTANT: This form should be used ONLY for NEW graduates or Kappas NEW to our area and who are not in our database!*
*If you have paid dues before, have lived in the area for a while, OR cannot log in, please DO NOT complete this form! Email Membership via Contacts for assistance.
