DUES
- IN THE LOGIN SECTION BELOW IN RED TYPE, NOTE THE CHANGES TO YOUR USER NAME WHEN YOU LOGIN.
- If your dues are CURRENT and have not expired, go to MEMBER LOGIN. Once logged in, select RENEW DUES or PAY DUES.
- If your dues have EXPIRED or have NEVER BEEN PAID, go to MEMBER LOGIN. Once logged in, select Join now. If your email address is current in our system, follow the Log In Help instructions.
- If you are NEW TO OUR AREA or are a NEW GRADUATE, you must complete a MEMBER VERIFICATION FORM.

*Note: Member accounts become inactive on 7/1, if dues are not paid by 6/30 each year.
WHEN MAY I PAY MY DUES?
You may join and pay dues at any time during the year! DUES for July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025 OPEN ON MAY 1, 2024. Please do NOT attempt to pay prior to this date.
Dues paid after May 1 each year apply to our upcoming operating year which runs from July 1-June 30. Members who pay dues by June 30 will be included in the printed member directory. All member information is always available online, via any device.
HOW MUCH ARE ASSOCIATION DUES?
- Regular - $50 - Fraternity per capita paid by individual, no directory unless over age 65
- Patron - $90 - includes the Fraternity per capita fee ($37 for 2023-24). Kappa Dallas Treasurer forwards per capita fees to Fraternity treasurer in November.
- Key - additional $25 for a total of $75 or $115 - For those who wish to make an additional contribution to cover local Alumnae Association initiatives, you may donate an additional $25 to either Regular or Patron level. For example, Regular ($50 +$25 = $75) or Patron ($90 + $25 = $115) To be Key level you must make a separate purchase using this link.
Alumna who are required to pay the Per Capita include: convention delegates, Alumnae Association officers, chapter House Board or Advisory Board member, or Fraternity level positions.
The Dallas Alumnae Association of Kappa Kappa Gamma is a 501(c)7 organization and dues and/or additional fees or purchases paid are not tax-deductible.

We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. A confirmation will be emailed.
~ BY CHECK*
Members who pay by check may Join or Renew online and 'Pay Later' at checkout, then mail a check. Note you will not be able to log in until the check is received and processed.
Members may also complete a printed Membership Dues Form and mail a check.

HOW DO I GET A KAPPA DALLAS PRINTED MEMBER DIRECTORY?
Key & Patron level members all receive a printed Directory.
Regular members do not receive a printed Directory with the exception of over age 65 members who receive a complimentary directory.
A few extra directories will be available for purchase after they are mailed out. If you would like to purchase one, please contact membership@kappadallas.org.

IMPORTANT NEW LOG-IN INFORMATION IMPLEMENTED IN MARCH 2023!
Our website platform made some technology changes to some Usernames.
- When you login to your profile, if you receive an error message about an invalid user name try inputting your username/member number with the period instead of dash between the numbers
- If you continue to experience trouble logging in, please contact webmaster@kappadallas.org
HOW AND WHERE DO I LOG IN?
Select the Member Login link in the navigation bar or in the top bar from any page.
FIRST TIME LOGGING IN? FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD?
Use your Kappa member number as your USERNAME, (Ex: 62.1804) and the first initial of your INITIATED (legal) first name and your INITIATED last (maiden) name as your PASSWORD (Ex: for Mary Kappa use mkappa [all lower case]). You may find your member # on your Key magazine or on the Fraternity website at www.kappakappagamma.org
Did you know that all member numbers reflect your chapter and the position you were initiated?
So, for example, 62-1804 =
62 for U. of Texas/Beta Xi chapter
1804 is the 1,804th Kappa pledged at this chapter (in alphabetical order by new member class)
NOT ABLE TO LOG IN?
Go to MEMBER LOGIN, select the 'Forgot Password?' link and enter your email address. A RESET PASSWORD LINK will be sent to the email address we have on file. (When resetting your password, your NEW password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one number.)
If your email address has changed, contact membership@kappadallas.org and we will update it and send a reset link.
NEW MEMBER VERIFICATION
NEW TO THE AREA or are a NEW GRADUATE?
If you are NEW are not in our database, you must complete the Member Verification Form.
When submitted, the form is sen automatically to the Fraternity office in Ohio. Once your membership is verified, you will be notified by email that you may login and Join. The email will include a login link.
IMPORTANT: This form should be used ONLY for NEW graduates or Kappas NEW to our area and who are not in our database!*
*If you have paid dues before, have lived in the area for a while, OR cannot log in, please DO NOT complete this form! Email Membership for assistance.
